The Wholeness Collective is a global directory and professional network connecting individuals with independent practitioners who support whole-person wellbeing—body, soul, and spirit.
We operate as a platform for connection and visibility, not as a provider of medical, psychological, financial, or therapeutic services.
By using this website, you agree to the following terms.
 
1. Nature of the Platform
The Wholeness Collective:

  • Is a directory and network, not a service provider

  • Connects users with independent practitioners

  • Does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or therapeutic services

We do not act as an intermediary in service delivery.
 
2. Independent Practitioners
All practitioners listed:

  • Operate as independent businesses or individuals

  • Are not employees, agents, or representatives of The Wholeness Collective

All services, advice, and interactions are solely between you and the practitioner.

 
3. No Professional or Business Relationship

 
Use of this platform does not create:

  • A client relationship with The Wholeness Collective

  • A partnership, employment, or agency relationship

  • Any obligation on The Wholeness Collective to deliver services
     

4. Global Use
This platform may be accessed internationally.
Users and practitioners are responsible for:

  • Complying with local laws and regulations in their country

  • Determining whether services are appropriate within their jurisdiction
     

5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:

  • Results, outcomes, or experiences

  • Accuracy or completeness of listings

  • That a practitioner is suitable for your needs

  • Any level of visibility, referrals, or business success
     

6. Financial Disclaimer
The Wholeness Collective:

  • Does not provide financial advice

  • Does not guarantee income, leads, or business outcomes

  • Is not responsible for payments, disputes, or financial arrangements

All financial transactions occur independently between users and practitioners.
 
7. Your Responsibility
By using this platform, you agree to:

  • Conduct your own due diligence

  • Make informed decisions before engaging a practitioner

  • Seek appropriate licensed or emergency care where required
     

8. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
All content on this website is for general informational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for:

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health diagnosis

  • Professional treatment

If you are in crisis or at risk, contact emergency services immediately.
 
9. Faith-Informed Approach
Some practitioners may incorporate spiritual or faith-based perspectives.
The Wholeness Collective:

  • Does not enforce beliefs

  • Is not responsible for spiritual guidance or outcomes
     

10. Practitioner Listings
We aim to maintain a high standard of practitioners; however:

  • We do not guarantee verification of all qualifications or claims

  • Practitioners are responsible for their own services, conduct, and compliance

We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.
 
11. Practitioner Insurance and Compliance
Practitioners listed on this platform are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate professional indemnity and/or public liability insurance where required in their jurisdiction, along with any relevant qualifications, registrations, and legal compliance obligations.
The Wholeness Collective does not provide, verify, or manage practitioner insurance and does not assume responsibility for practitioner conduct, services, or coverage.
 
12. Membership (Practitioners)
Membership provides:

  • Directory listing

  • Access to a professional network and opportunities

It does not guarantee referrals, visibility, or income.
 
Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, unless required by law.
 
Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
 
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wholeness Collective is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm

  • Outcomes resulting from practitioner services

  • Financial loss, personal injury, or dissatisfaction
     

14. Indemnity
By using this platform, you agree that The Wholeness Collective is not responsible for claims arising from:

  • Your use of the website

  • Your engagement with practitioners

Practitioners agree to indemnify The Wholeness Collective against claims arising from their services, conduct, or breach of these terms.
 
15. Privacy & Data
We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Practitioners are independently responsible for managing client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


16. Third-Party Links
This website may include links to external sites.
We are not responsible for:

  • External content

  • Third-party practices or policies

17. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, text, and design, is owned by The Wholeness Collective and may not be used without permission.


18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
